Most bathroom problems, leaks, cracked tiles, failing grout, trace back to poor preparation or inadequate waterproofing. We address the substrate and waterproofing membrane before anything decorative goes on.
We coordinate all licensed trades required for your renovation: plumbing, electrical, waterproofing. You deal with one person throughout, not a different contractor for every stage.
We work across full gut and rebuild renovations, ensuite upgrades, laundry conversions and partial refreshes. Every project starts with a clear written scope and fixed quote.

What's included
Demolition and preparation
Full strip out, substrate assessment and repair, waterproofing membrane installation
Tiling
Floor and wall tiling, grout, silicone sealing.
Fixtures and fittings
Vanity, toilet, shower screen, tapware, accessories. Supply and install or install only from your selections.
Coordinated trades
Licensed plumbing and electrical coordinated by Brett. One point of contact, one schedule, no gaps.
Ensuite and laundry upgrades
Ensuites, main bathrooms, powder rooms and laundry conversions. New builds and full renovations.
Partial refreshes
Retiling over existing substrate, vanity replacement, shower screen upgrades. When a full renovation isn't required.

Enquiry and site visit
Tell us what you're looking to achieve. We'll arrange a site visit to assess the existing bathroom, discuss your selections and identify any structural or waterproofing issues.
Written scope and fixed quote
You'll receive a detailed written scope covering all work, materials and coordinated trades, with a fixed price before anything starts.
Renovation and handover
Brett manages the build from demolition through to final clean. You're kept informed at every stage. Handover includes a walkthrough of the finished space.
