Carpentry that shows in the detail

Precision carpentry is the work that defines how a home feels. The fit of a built in, the line of a staircase, the shadow gap on a feature wall. We bring the same care to finish carpentry as to structural work.

The work that makes the difference

Most people notice when finish carpentry is done badly. Gaps, misaligned joints, filler hiding poor cuts. What they notice less consciously is when it's done well: everything sits flush, lines are consistent, and the result looks like it was always there.

We work across built in cabinetry, feature walls, timber stairs, internal linings, screening and custom joinery. Each project is measured, cut and fitted on site, not templated from a catalogue.

Precision carpentry often follows other trades, after tiling, after painting, after flooring. We coordinate the sequencing so finish work goes in at the right time and isn't damaged by subsequent trades.

THE PROCESS

How it works

A straightforward process with no surprises.

01

Site visit and measure

We visit the site to measure the space, discuss your brief and identify any sequencing considerations with other trades. We'll recommend materials and a construction approach suited to the project.

02

Written quote

You'll receive a clear written scope covering all materials and labour, with a fixed price before work begins. No surprises.

03

Build and handover

Brett manages the build personally. Finish carpentry is sequenced correctly with other trades. On completion, we'll walk through the finished work with you.

Discuss your carpentry project.

A description of what you're after and a few photos of the space are enough to get started.
